Q: Is the resort child/teen friendly?
A: Absolutely! There is something fun to do for people of all ages from the
abundance of pools, water sports, the kids club (great for kids under 12!), a
trampoline, tennis courts, to excursions, nightly shows, and dancing (family/child
dance hours at the club from 7-11pm!). Not to mention friendships are made fast
at Lifestyle Holidays so your children are likely to have made new friends to hang
out with in no time! No matter how old your kids are this will be a great vacation for
al!
Q: Is the resort beach-front?
A: Yes! The resort boats several beaches. 2 are on the ocean and 2 just off of the
beach.
Q: Is it required to attend a presentation?
A: The resort is not a timeshare but has members. The customer service
representative will likely as you if you would like to see a membership
presentation, but you are in no way required to attend the presentation. If they ask
twice do not hesitate to say you do not want to be asked again and please let us
know and we will contact the customer service immediately.
Q: How do I get to the resort (& other good to know transportation &
airport information)?
A: We will secure your pick-up from the airport with a request for a limousine
(though it cannot be guaranteed). When you depart from your flight you must go
through customs (a $10 entrance fee to the country is required) and from there you
proceed through customs and immigration to baggage and then once outside the
collection area, a Lifestyle representative will have a sign with your name to take
you away!
It is important to contact the Lifestyle customer service office a few days prior to
your departure to arrange transportation to the airport. Depending on length of
stay, there may be a $20 departure fee at the airport.
